What strategies will you use to make your teaching more effective and meaningful?

I will provide some other materials other than the textbook or related to it, such as materials specifically on grammar or vocabulary, for students to have a better understanding of what they learn. 

It is also necessary to create an interesting learning environment, because most students feel dull on reading the textbook.  That doesn’t mean they don’t like learning English.  They would like to learn if the materials could spark their interest.  Usually, English songs or movies are good materials in this case.
